A healthy, green way to feed the world

The population of the continues to grow at a rapid pace. Every year the Earth's population grows by approximately 70 million people.

At this pace, our population on Earth is expected to reach 9 billion people who will require nearly twice the food produced today. Raising that additional food will be challenging as we already use nearly 3/4 of agricultural land to raise livestock.

Today we have 1 billion people on Earth who are chronically hungry.

So just how are we going to feed all these people? One possible solution is crickets. Iowa Cricket Farmer is part of the solution.
